Located on Florida Street, the project will deliver a total of 484 dwellings in seven 6-9 storey buildings centred around new neighbourhood scaled park. A new 8 storey social building will deliver 159 social dwellings in Stage 1, with 325 market dwellings in Stage 2. The project is well serviced by the adjacent Southgate Shopping Centre.
