Generational renewal of the 19-hectare Waterloo estate into 6,000 dwelling mixed tenure community including 50% social and affordable housing, a new 18,000m² retail centre, community facilities and a 2-hectare public park.

Our team has been working on the Waterloo estate renewal in various roles since 2015 when the decision was made to underpin renewal with the Waterloo Metro Station and has led the project through rezoning, business case, procurement, negotiation and implementation phases.
