Located in Polding Place, Stage 1A of the Telopea urban renewal project will deliver 423 dwellings in seven 5-15 storey buildings. Stage 1 includes 146 social and 99 affordable dwellings, while stage 2 will deliver 178 market dwellings. The project is adjacent to the new Telopea light rail station.
