Transformation of this iconic 77-hectare working harbour into a new mixed use community of over 5,000 dwellings, oriented around a new urban centre adjoining White Bay Power Station and Bays Metro Station. The project includes Rozelle Bay and in the future Glebe Island.

Our team has been working as part of the client team to progress the renewal, including development advisory through the rezoning phase, preparation of an affordable housing strategy, a shadow bid model and a comprehensive commercial strategy for procuring a development partner.
